Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order or using our website. By accessing our website or submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Note: These terms are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute legal advice. Luxe Box, LLC recommends consulting a qualified attorney for legal guidance specific to your situation.

1. Company Information

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any orders placed with Luxe Box, LLC ("Luxe Box," "we," "us," or "our"), a company organized under the laws of Wyoming, United States, with principal offices at 30 N Gould St. Ste 10363, Sheridan, WY 82801. Our website is accessible at www.luxeboxusa.com and www.aluxebox.com.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

2. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content published on this website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, photographs, illustrations, designs, logos, product photography, case studies, and blog posts — is the exclusive property of Luxe Box, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or publication of any website content is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Luxe Box, LLC.

Luxe Box reserves the right to use photographs, designs, or samples of completed customer orders for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the customer provides written notice requesting otherwise at the time of order placement.

3. Customer-Submitted Artwork & Files

File Requirements. Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork files that meet our technical specifications: minimum 300 DPI resolution, CMYK color mode, with all fonts outlined and a minimum 3mm bleed applied to all edges. Luxe Box is not responsible for blurred, pixelated, color-shifted, or otherwise unsatisfactory output resulting from files that do not meet these specifications.

Customer Ownership & Warranty. By uploading or submitting artwork, files, logos, trademarks, or any other content to Luxe Box, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the legal owner of all submitted content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions from the rightful owners; (b) the submitted content does not infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right; and (c) the content does not violate any applicable law or regulation. You accept full legal and financial responsibility for any claim arising from content you submit.

Right to Decline. Luxe Box reserves the right to decline any order that, in our sole judgment, contains content that is unlawful, offensive, obscene, abusive, or that infringes on any third-party rights. We are not required to provide a reason for declining an order.

4. Proof Approval & Customer Responsibility

Before production begins, Luxe Box will provide a digital proof for customer review and approval. It is the customer's sole responsibility to carefully review all aspects of the proof — including but not limited to: spelling, grammar, punctuation, layout, dimensions, font selection, colors, graphic placement, and die-line accuracy — before granting approval.

Once a proof is approved by the customer, Luxe Box assumes no liability for errors contained in the approved artwork. This includes errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, layout, fonts, graphics, die lines, crop marks, overprinting, fold placement, or any other element visible in the approved proof. No reprinting will be performed at Luxe Box's expense for errors that were present in customer-approved artwork.

Production turnaround times begin only after written proof approval is received. Delays in proof approval do not alter or extend any agreed delivery date unless separately confirmed in writing by Luxe Box.

5. Color Accuracy Disclaimer

Luxe Box makes every reasonable effort to produce colors that closely match customer-submitted artwork. However, due to the inherent limitations of the printing process — including but not limited to differences between RGB and CMYK color spaces, screen calibration variances, substrate materials, ink absorption, and adjacent image ink requirements — exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that printed colors may vary from colors viewed on a digital display. Luxe Box will not be held liable for color variations that fall within industry-standard tolerances, and no reprinting will be performed solely on the basis of color difference from a digital file.

If exact color matching is required, customers may request a physical hard-copy proof prior to production. Hard-copy proofs are available at an additional cost and extended lead time. Color matching is only guaranteed when a physical proof has been produced and approved.

6. No Liability for Errors in Approved Work

Luxe Box shall not be held responsible for errors in the final printed or manufactured product when those errors were present in the customer-approved proof. This includes, without limitation:

7. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment in full is required before production begins. Luxe Box does not commence manufacturing, tooling, or production of any order until the total amount due — including applicable taxes and shipping charges — has been received and confirmed via an authenticated payment method.

Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees for orders shipped outside the United States. Luxe Box is not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from customs clearance processes.

8. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to sales@aluxebox.com. The following cancellation policy applies:

Luxe Box cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be accommodated once an order has entered the production queue.

9. Returns, Reprints & Refunds

Because all Luxe Box products are custom manufactured to each customer's unique specifications, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom orders. If you believe your order contains a manufacturing defect or was produced contrary to your approved specifications, you must notify Luxe Box in writing within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Claims must include: (a) a clear written description of the claimed defect; (b) digital photographs clearly showing the issue; and (c) the original order number. All documentation must be submitted to sales@aluxebox.com.

Luxe Box will review the claim and, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, will reprint the affected order at no charge. Refunds are not issued for custom orders under any circumstances. Luxe Box's sole obligation in the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect is to reprint the order.

Claims submitted after the 5-business-day window, or claims relating to errors present in the customer-approved proof, will not be eligible for reprint.

10. Overruns & Underruns

Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, Luxe Box may deliver up to 10% more or fewer units than the quantity ordered. This variance is standard practice in the custom packaging industry. In the event of an underrun, Luxe Box will invoice only for the quantity actually delivered. In the event of an overrun, no additional charge will be applied for quantities within the 10% tolerance.

11. Production Timelines & Shipping

Quoted production timelines are estimates only and begin upon receipt of written proof approval and full payment. Luxe Box makes every effort to meet quoted timelines but is not liable for production or shipping delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: carrier delays, weather events, natural disasters, customs clearance issues, port congestion, manufacturing delays, or force majeure events.

Luxe Box is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during shipping once an order has been transferred to a carrier. If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer, any additional shipping or re-delivery charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping within the continental United States on qualifying orders. Expedited shipping, international shipping, and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories may incur additional charges.

12. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be collected on orders shipped to states where Luxe Box has a sales tax nexus, as required by law. Customers claiming tax-exempt status must provide a valid tax exemption certificate at the time of order placement. Luxe Box reserves the right to collect applicable sales tax on all taxable transactions.

13. User Conduct

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) submit content that is abusive, obscene, defamatory, or unlawful; (b) submit artwork or content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property right; (c) use automated means to access or scrape our website; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems; or (e) engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the operation of our website.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Luxe Box, LLC and its members, officers, employees, agents, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of our website or services; (b) content, artwork, or files you submit to Luxe Box; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or other rights; or (e) any claim that your submitted content caused damage to a third party.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Luxe Box, LLC for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your order shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall Luxe Box be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, loss of business, or reputational harm — even if Luxe Box has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

16. "AS IS" Disclaimer

Our website and its content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Luxe Box expressly disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Luxe Box has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

18. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall first be submitted to informal resolution by contacting Luxe Box at sales@aluxebox.com or (888) 814-7093. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, with proceedings conducted in Wyoming.

19. Changes to These Terms

Luxe Box reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
