Discovery Call
A focused 30-minute conversation about your brand, your product, your timeline, and your vision. We ask the right questions so every recommendation that follows is specific to you, not a template.
This is where the relationship begins. No forms to fill out, no generic questionnaires, just a direct conversation with our team about what you are trying to create and who you are creating it for.

Brief and Quote
Within 24 hours of your discovery call, we send a detailed structural brief and a transparent, itemized quote covering box style, dimensions, finishes, insert design, quantities, and total cost.
No hidden tooling fees, no vague line items. You see exactly what you are getting and exactly what it costs before making any commitment. If anything needs adjusting, we revise until the brief is right.
Quote Approval
Your dedicated Luxe Box contact walks you through every line of the quote and answers any questions. Once you are satisfied, you formally approve the brief and we open your project file.
This step ensures complete alignment before any design work begins. We do not move forward until every detail of the scope, price, and timeline is confirmed and agreed in writing.
Sample Ordered
A physical sample of your box is produced based on the approved brief. This allows you to evaluate the structure, board weight, finish quality, insert fit, and overall presentation before committing to full production.
Seeing and holding a physical sample eliminates uncertainty. You can test the magnetic closure, feel the soft-touch lamination, check the insert compartments, and confirm that the box meets your expectations in every way.
Design and Dieline
While your sample is in production, our design team develops your full structural dieline, artwork templates, and a complete digital proof. Revisions are included until every element is exactly right.
This stage covers exterior printing, interior messaging, foil placement, emboss and deboss positioning, and any branded elements on the box. You review and approve every detail of the artwork before it goes anywhere near a printing press.
Sample Delivered and Approved
Your physical sample is delivered to your door. You review the structure, finishes, and presentation firsthand and provide written approval before full production begins.
If any adjustments are needed after reviewing the sample, we address them at this stage. Full production does not begin until you have signed off on the sample in writing. This protects you and ensures the final order meets your exact standards.
Initial Production Payment
An initial payment is required to confirm your order and secure your production slot in our manufacturing schedule. This payment initiates the full production run.
Your production slot is reserved and your order is confirmed. Our team schedules your job, prepares materials, and begins the production sequence. No production begins without this confirmation.
Final Payment
A final invoice is issued once production is complete and your order has passed quality inspection. Final payment is settled before your order ships.
At this stage your boxes are complete, inspected, and ready for shipment. Final payment confirms the release of your order and initiates the shipping and logistics process.
Production Complete
Your full order is produced over 20 to 25 days, quality checked unit by unit, and carefully packed for shipment. Every box is inspected against your approved sample before it is packed.
Our quality control process compares every finished unit against the approved sample for finish consistency, structural integrity, print accuracy, and insert fit. Only units that pass inspection are packed and shipped.
Delivery
Your completed order ships free to any address in the United States. You receive tracking information and your packaging arrives ready to present to your clients, members, guests, or customers.
Free shipping is included on all US orders. Your boxes are packed to protect the finish during transit and arrive in perfect condition, ready to use from the moment you open the shipment.
